In Excel how can I import a main table from the NetMan/HAN Statistics?

If you save the main table as a dbf file ("File -> save as") or copy the contents (copy & paste), the contents of it will not be schown in Excel 1:1.

You can open 1:1 a main table in Excel by creating a report in the Statistics: File -> create report. The format of storage is unimportant.

The file has to be opened through the opening dialog in Excel so that the test import wizard is started (ith a copy & paste the file will be opened unformatted). Excel then interprets entries like "1.57" as "Jan 57", etc. When the contents are partly interpreted as a date, the columns have to be explicitly imported as text. You can define this in step 3 of the text import wizard.

As of NetMan 3 a main or parallel table can be opened in Excel using File -> Save as Excel file.

As of HAN 3 and NetMan 5 files can be exported in CSV format only (export name doexport).
